Background
Fine Arts
I initially learned how to paint from my grandfather, Harrison Begay (Hashkay Yahneyah) at a young age prior to starting school. At the age of four, I started my education at Twin Wells Indian Boarding School. I continued to learn and practice drawing and painting. At the age of eight, I was introduced to woodburning, and also continued that art practice throughout my life.
